MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1.     Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

·         Develop and implement annual and long-term recruitment plans based on workforce needs and business strategy.

·         Establish recruitment policies, processes, and standards across the Group.

·         Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

·         Manage recruitment budgets and control related costs.

Talent Acquisition & Selection

·         Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior to executive-level positions across all departments.

·         Build, maintain, and expand candidate pipelines through multiple channels: job portals, universities, partnerships, and headhunters.

·         Oversee screening, interviewing, and evaluation processes to ensure hiring quality and cultural fit.

·         Support business units in workforce forecasting and manpower planning.

·         Supervise reference checks, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

Team Management & Development

·         Lead, train, and develop the recruitment team to improve interviewing skills, assessment capability, and professionalism.

·         Set individual and team KPIs, review performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

·         Foster collaboration, motivation, and a high-performance culture within the team.

Employer Branding

·         Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance CT Group’s image as a preferred employer.

·         Represent the Group at career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events.

·         Coordinate communication campaigns showcasing company culture and employee value proposition (EVP).

Recruitment Tools & Systems

·         Manage and continuously improve recruitment systems, tools, databases, and reporting dashboards.

·         Collaborate with HRIS/IT teams to ensure automation and data-driven recruitment processes.

·         Maintain and update job descriptions and competency frameworks for all positions.

Reporting & Compliance

·         Prepare recruitment performance reports, market insights, and talent analytics for senior management.

·         Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical recruitment standards.

·         Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director/Deputy Director of CHRD.

2.      Requirements

·  Age: 35 – 45.

·  Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

·  Experience:

·         Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

·         Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment projects or senior-level hiring.

·  Languages: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

·  IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, recruitment platforms, and HR software.

·  Competencies:

·         Leadership and people development.

·         Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

·         Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.

·         Team collaboration and performance management.

·  Knowledge:

·         Deep understanding of recruitment trends, employer branding, and HR strategy.

·         Familiar with Vietnam labor laws and HR compliance.
