MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research & Product Development
 Research structural solutions, folding mechanisms, drive systems, electrical - control, and automation for modular/robotic houses.
 Design and improve products according to market orientation, project requirements, and the company's product strategy.
 Develop product versions: prototype, model house (show house / demo house), commercial product.
 Evaluate the technical feasibility, durability, safety, operational efficiency, and production costs of the product.
2. Technical Design & Standardization
 Create and control 2D/3D technical design drawings, technical documentation, BOM for production and construction.
 Build and standardize technical standards, R&D processes suitable for the startup model and scaling direction.
 Coordinate with the Production department to ensure designs are suitable for processing, assembly, transportation, and actual installation.
 Control and manage design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Testing, Verification & Improvement
 Plan and organize testing of folding mechanisms, electrical - control - sensor systems.
 Analyze faults, technical issues, evaluate root causes, and propose corrective solutions.
 Continuously improve products to enhance stability, safety, user experience, and optimize costs.
4. Project Coordination & Technical Support
 Coordinate with the Sales department in consulting and explaining technical solutions to customers and partners.
 Provide technical support to the Production and Construction departments during the implementation of actual projects.
 Participate in site surveys, assess current conditions, and propose suitable technical solutions.
5. Management and Training of the R&D Team
 Build, organize, and manage the R&D team (mechanical, electrical - automation, control…).
 Assign tasks, control progress, quality, and work efficiency of the team.
 Train and guide young engineers on design thinking, R&D processes, technical standards, and continuous improvement culture.
 Develop a roadmap for enhancing the professional capabilities of the internal R&D team.
6. Management of Technical Documentation & Intellectual Property (IP)
 Manage the design documentation system, technical documents, R&D data, and product copyrights.
 Propose and coordinate the registration of patents, utility solutions, and industrial designs related to the Modulex product.
 Ensure the confidentiality of the company's technology, designs, and technical knowledge.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Structural Engineering, Construction, or related areas.
 A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in design and technical product R&D.
 Preference for experience in motion mechanisms, steel structures, and automation systems.
 Experience working in a startup or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
2. Skills
 Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent).
 Technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
 Team management, planning, and progress control skills.
 Ability to multitask and be flexible.
3. Personal Qualities
 Creative thinking, proactive in research and improvement.
 Practical, closely aligned with production and projects.
 High responsibility, able to work under pressure of deadlines.
