MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Building & Operating IT Governance Framework
  • Building and implementing an IT Governance framework aligned with business strategy.
  • Establishing policies, processes, standards, and guidelines for IT governance.
  • Ensuring alignment between IT strategy and business objectives.
IT Compliance & Internal Control Governance
  • Monitoring compliance with internal and legal regulations in IT operations.
  • Building and operating an IT internal control system.
  • Coordinating periodic IT audits.
  • Managing records, documents, and compliance reports.
IT Risk Governance
  • Developing an IT risk governance framework.
  • Assessing, identifying, and controlling technology risks.
  • Monitoring risk indicators and proposing preventive measures.
IT Operational Efficiency Governance
  • Establishing KPIs and a measurement system for IT operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring and evaluating IT service performance.
  • Setting up dashboards and periodic management reports.
IT Project Portfolio & Process Governance
  • Supporting the development of IT project governance processes.
  • Monitoring the status of the IT project portfolio.
  • Ensuring projects comply with governance standards.
Reporting & Coordination
  • Reporting the status of IT governance to leadership.
  • Coordinating with departments: IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit.
  • Organizing training to raise awareness about IT governance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university with a major in: IT, Information Systems, IT Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the IT or IT management field.
  • Experience in IT Governance, IT Compliance, or IT Risk.
  • Understanding of: IT Governance Framework, IT Risk Management, IT Internal Controls.
  • Skills in Analysis and Systems Thinking, Writing Procedures and Standard Documentation, Data Management and Reporting, Communication and Cross-Departmental Coordination.
  • Careful, highly compliant.
  • Logical and systematic thinking.
  • Proactive, responsible.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in high-pressure work environments.
