MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in research, development, and refinement of product design from the idea stage to commercialization.
  • Design industrial styles, forms, structures, and aesthetic experiences for the technology and industrial product lines of the Group.
  • Build 3D models, perform product image rendering for research, presentation, and communication purposes.
  • Design packaging, product identity, and supporting documents for commercialization activities.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Marketing departments to optimize designs according to technical requirements and market needs.
  • Participate in evaluating prototypes, proposing improvement solutions to enhance usability, manufacturability, and user experience.
  • Research and update on industrial design trends, new materials, and advanced manufacturing technologies worldwide.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university or higher in Product Design, Industrial Design, Industrial Fine Arts, 3D Modeling & Rendering, or related fields.
  • Have at least 03 years of experience in the field of Industrial Fine Arts or Product Design.
  • Proficient in one or more design software such as: SolidWorks, Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, Keyshot, Fusion 360, or equivalent software.
  • Possess skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and presenting design ideas professionally.
  • Have a creative mindset linked to practicality, aesthetics, and real production capabilities.
  • Have teamwork skills, effective communication, and coordination with related departments.
  • Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and always updated on new design trends.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in designing technology products, industrial equipment, or innovative products.
