MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise the Team Leader on design documentation
- Participate in the design and organization of the implementation of structural design plans during construction to minimize risks and errors in execution.
- Prepare general planning design documents and detailed planning for construction investment projects.
- Work with relevant units: design consultants, land surveyors, and planning consultants to propose design solutions that comply with current standards, are cost-effective, feasible, and ensure safety.
- Coordinate with departments within the company to prepare design documents and project proposals.
- Develop a quality management plan and schedule for planning design documents.
- Manage and control planning and architectural design documents.
- Work directly with partners such as design consulting units and construction contractors on issues related to the project to ensure quality and schedule requirements are met.
- Support individuals and departments in tasks related to Architecture.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to Planning.
- Prepare design information requirements and implement detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with the construction management department and design consultants to find solutions for errors, issues, and design adjustments.
- Participate in the design of projects as directed by the Head/Deputy Head of Department/Team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Major: Architecture/ Urban Planning or other related fields.
3. Experience: At least 4 years of experience working as a planning architect.
4. Language: Preference for proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing). (Not mandatory)
5. Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software…
6. Skills:
- Listening skills.
- Good communication and persuasion abilities.
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, creatively, solve problems, and make decisions.
7. Related knowledge:
- General knowledge of planning, architecture, interior design, exterior design, structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Understanding of construction techniques, standards, and state regulations regarding design.
- Solid knowledge of various types of design documents.
8. Other necessary qualities: Honesty, carefulness, calmness, maturity, professionalism, and ability to withstand high work pressure.
