MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Advise and support the Head/Deputy Head of the department/Team Leader:
- Provide advice to the Team Leader regarding design documentation.
- Participate in the design and organization of the implementation of structural design plans during construction to minimize risks and errors in execution.
2. Directly check and manage design documentation:
- Manage consulting units and architectural design of the project.
- Implement projects from preliminary design to technical construction design.
- Implement detailed technical drawings for construction and technical explanations for the project.
- Develop schedules and implement drawings according to various phases.
- Analyze and implement functional design of floor plans, site planning perspectives, and projects that are practical and highly applicable.
- Control the quality and progress of assigned projects.
- Coordinate and support the construction supervision departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Design Department and the Company’s leadership.
- Carry out professional tasks as assigned by superiors.
3. Organize the design work of projects according to the direction of the Head/Deputy Head of the department/Team Leader
- Establish design information requirements and implement detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with the construction management department and design consulting to find solutions for errors, issues, and design adjustments.
- Participate in the design of projects as directed by the Head/Deputy Head of the department/Team Leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Major: Architecture or other related fields.
3. Experience: At least 4 years of experience working as a construction architect.
4. Foreign language: Preference for proficiency in English.
5. Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.
6. Preference: Possession of a Level 1 architectural design practice certificate.
7. Skills:
- Listening skills.
- Good communication and persuasion abilities.
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, creatively, solve problems, and make decisions.
8. Related knowledge:
- General knowledge of planning, architecture, interior design, exterior design, structure, and MEP.
- Understanding of construction techniques, standards, and state regulations regarding design.
- Solid knowledge of various types of design documents.
9. Other necessary qualities: Honesty, carefulness, calmness, maturity, professionalism, and ability to withstand high work pressure.
