MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Development
• Design and develop solutions on SharePoint Online.
• Build and maintain SharePoint Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Content Types, Metadata, Views, Search and Permission Models.
• Develop custom user experiences and components using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript and React.
• Build internal and external portals, dashboards and document-centric applications.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID and other enterprise systems.
• Support the Investor Data Room experience including Start Here, Investor Index, topic pages, search, recently updated content and Q&A workflows.
2. SharePoint Security & Governance
• Implement and maintain Entra ID authentication, security groups, named-user / guest access and MFA.
• Design SharePoint permission models based on least privilege and business data classification.
• Support access review, external sharing governance, audit logging, retention, DLP and sensitivity labels.
• Ensure users and AI services can only retrieve documents that the user is authorized to access.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, Legal and business owners to validate external access and data-disclosure controls.
3. AI / RAG Integration
• Integrate OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI or equivalent enterprise LLM services with SharePoint / Microsoft 365.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using SharePoint content as governed enterprise knowledge.
• Work with embeddings, semantic search, vector search, chunking, context management and retrieval pipelines.
• Develop AI assistants / agents that provide grounded answers with citation and source links.
• Implement permission-aware retrieval, guardrails, human-in-the-loop approval and traceable AI interactions.
• Support AI evaluation including accuracy, citation quality, consistency, failure rate and security validation.
4. Workflow & Automation
• Develop document approval, review and publishing workflows.
• Build Due Diligence Q&A, request-for-information, metadata automation and notification workflows.
• Support AI-assisted draft responses while ensuring final answers are reviewed and approved by authorized business / Legal / IR owners.
• Automate repetitive SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tasks using Power Automate, Graph API or custom services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SharePoint / Microsoft 365 development experience, OR strong software-development experience with at least 1 year of hands-on SharePoint Online work.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of relevant experience with enterprise SharePoint solutions.
• Preferred: experience delivering at least one AI/RAG/chatbot or enterprise knowledge solution in production or pilot.
• The candidate must demonstrate a Security-by-Design mindset.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript / JavaScript and React.
• Experience with REST API and Microsoft Graph API.
• Good understanding of Entra ID, OAuth 2.0 and enterprise authentication / authorization.
• Experience with SharePoint permissions, Document Libraries, Metadata and Content Types.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Hands-on development experience with at least one backend technology: .NET/C#, Node.js or Python.
• Ability to work with Git, CI/CD, logging, JSON and API documentation
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector search and prompt engineering.
• Experience with OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI or equivalent LLM platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience building enterprise chatbot, knowledge assistant, document AI or AI agent solutions.
• Understanding of context windows, token usage, chunking, grounding, hallucination, evaluation and guardrails.
• Understanding of prompt injection, secure tool use and permission-aware RAG is a strong advantage.
