MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re building intelligent robotic systems—prototypes to production—that perceive the world robustly and make safe, dynamic decisions in real time. As an AI Engineer on the Robotics team, you will design and deploy computer vision pipelines and reinforcement learning (RL) manipulation to enable autonomous behaviors in UAVs and ground/industrial robots. You will own models end‑to‑end: from simulation and data generation, through training and evaluation, to optimized on‑board inference on embedded platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson), integrated via ROS.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

Algorithm Development:

o   Design and implement computer vision algorithms and AI models for perception, manipulation and pick & place.

Integration & Deployment:

o   Integrate vision and AI modules into robotic systems for autonomous navigation and manipulation.

o   Optimize algorithms for real-time performance on embedded platforms (GPU/Edge devices).

Research & Innovation:

o   Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and robotics.

o   Prototype and validate new approaches for perception and autonomy.

Collaboration:

o   Work closely with robotics engineers, control system specialists, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration.

o   Participate in cross-functional design reviews and testing.

 

Qualifications

Education:

o   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics or related field.

Technical Skills:

o   Strong proficiency in Python/C++ and frameworks like OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

o   Experience with perception, vision transformers, sensor fusion, and real-time systems.

o   Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and embedded systems.

Preferred:

o   Knowledge of reinforcement learning, 3D vision, and multi-modal perception.

o   Experience deploying models on edge devices (Jetson, FPGA, etc.).

·        Excellent communication and documentation skills.
