3.1 Financial Management – Accounting • Organize, operate, and control all activities of the Finance and Accounting Department. • Establish and maintain an accounting system, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and meeting the management requirements of the Company. • Control revenue, expenses, debts, assets, cash flow, and other financial activities. 3.2 Corporate Financial Management • Develop financial plans, budgets, and manage cash flow. • Analyze financial situations, assess operational efficiency, and propose optimal resource solutions. • Advise the Management Board on financial strategy, investment, and cost management. 3.3 Reporting and Compliance Control • Organize the preparation of financial reports, management reports, and tax reports as required. • Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and financial institutions. • Build an internal control system, manage risks, and ensure transparency in financial activities. 3.4 Team Development • Manage, train, and develop the Finance and Accounting personnel team. • Establish work processes and promote a professional and efficient work culture.

Qualifications and Experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a management position. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in technology companies, research and development (R&D), or companies involved in fundraising activities.
