MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze, control, and monitor investment costs and operating expenses of projects and member units.
  • Develop management reports, dashboards, and tools to support cost control efforts.
  • Analyze cost fluctuations, assess financial effectiveness, and propose solutions to optimize resources.
  • Coordinate with departments in budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring budget implementation.
  • Collect, standardize, and develop a data system to support cost management, investment, and finance.
  • Participate in the implementation of digital transformation projects, applying technology in financial management and cost control.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university with a major in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or related fields.
  • Have at least 03 years of experience in cost control, finance, or budget management.
  • Possess the ability to analyze data, logical thinking, and a passion for cost management work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience using Power BI, Tableau, or data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Careful, accurate, proactive, and capable of handling large data sets.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate, construction, investment, or project cost control.
  • Ability to work in a team, coordinate across departments, and handle work pressure well.
