Key Responsibilities

• Design the overall IT/OT architecture, providing technology direction for core enterprise platforms including ERP, MES, PLM, and CRM

• Build and manage a hybrid cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance and 99.9% availability across five manufacturing facilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring data security across design, production, and customer systems

• Lead the deployment of digital platforms: GCS, UTM, Fleet Management, Digital Twin, and AI/ML applications for production and quality management

• Integrate modern DevOps practices, Microservices architecture, APIs, and containerization technologies into the IT ecosystem

Mandatory Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect

• At least 12 years of experience in IT, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles (CTO, IT Director, etc.)

• Proven experience deploying large-scale IT systems in manufacturing enterprises, with annual IT budgets > VND 20 billion

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), microservices, containerization, big data, and AI/ML infrastructure

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, excellent risk management, and cross-functional communication abilities
