MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement the recruitment plan according to the plan and targets assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of the Recruitment Department.
+ Conduct sourcing and attracting candidates: contact job service providers, headhunters, newspapers, job introduction centers, colleges, universities, etc.
+ Receive, classify, and screen candidate resumes from various sources, contact and schedule interviews for all interview rounds.
+ Directly interview candidates in the preliminary round.
+ Prepare work reports as required.
+ Be responsible for recruiting positions as requested by superiors.
+ Check the work history of candidates before hiring.
+ Assist new employees in integrating into the working environment of the Group.
+ Monitor and remind the Department Head about the probation evaluation for employees. Track the probation process of all new employees.
+ Participate in building recruitment tools and evaluating candidates.
+ Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
2. Implement and participate in activities to build and promote the employer brand for the Group.
+ Participate in drafting and contributing ideas for programs to attract talent and promote the employer brand of the Group.
+ Directly execute HR events: job fairs, programs in collaboration with HR partners, etc.
3. Participate in human resource management tasks, develop human resource development strategies, and other tasks in the Group's NLC Department.
+ Participate and provide feedback in the process of developing recruitment and HR procedures and forms for the Group.
+ Draft and complete missing job descriptions.
+ Other tasks assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Age: 22 – 33 years old.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
+ Major: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
+ Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
+ Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, and specialized software.
+ Foreign language: Intermediate.
+ Skills:

- Good interviewing and people assessment skills.
+ Related knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to employee policies.
