MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategy & Advisory: Propose data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives; serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Board in promoting the application of data & AI.
  • Team Management & Development: Build, lead, and develop the Data/AI team (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Ops, Data Analysts).
  • Build & Implement Data – AI Systems: Design modern data architecture, integrate multiple sources, ensure quality, security, and legal compliance; lead AI projects from experimentation to real-world deployment; monitor model performance and manage AI risk/ethics.
  • Develop Data Products & Decision Support Tools: Create dashboards, recommendation systems, predictive analytics; establish KPIs/ROIs to evaluate the effectiveness of data & AI initiatives.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination & Member Units: Assist departments in transforming data into information for decision-making; advise, control, and ensure compliance with security regulations at member units.
  • Information Security Department Management: Set objectives, action plans; assign and coordinate resources; refine processes and forms; train, coach, and create an effective working environment for employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Field of Study: Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related areas.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the AI/Machine Learning field, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend technical documents in English.
  • Proficient in office tools, data tools, and AI tools.
  • Proficient in AI/ML technologies, Data Engineering.
  • Experience working with AI platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit...
  • Understanding of AI models, big data processing, Cloud computing AWS, Google Cloud, MS Azure…
  • Clear, accurate, and effective presentation skills that make it easy for the audience to understand. Ability to convey information to superiors and receive feedback from subordinates.
  • Planning, summarizing, and reporting skills.
  • Time management, team management, and multitasking effectively.
  • Possession of certifications in the AI/ML field is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of MLOps, Big Data, Cloud Computing.

BENEFITS & WELFARE

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Annual leave is granted according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
  • Other benefits are specified in the labor agreement, legal basis, and other agreements.
