Provide consultation and assistance to the Team Leader regarding MEP design documentation
Participate in the design process and organization of MEP system implementation methods during construction to minimize risks and errors on site
Direct Inspection and Management of MEP Design Documents
Manage MEP design for the Group's projects from concept to construction drawings and author supervision. These include diverse project types such as mixed-use complexes, residential buildings, offices, commercial centers, resorts, etc.
Develop conceptual design plans (prepare calculation sheets for each MEP system)
Coordinate with other disciplines during preliminary design
Prepare concept design narratives and present preliminary and basic designs
Prepare technical designs and detailed construction drawings
Ensure all design content complies with the design brief, and relevant design codes and standards
Identify and rectify inconsistencies and shortcomings in MEP design files. Check integration with other disciplines such as Architecture, Structural, and Infrastructure
Collaborate with the Construction Management department and external consultants to resolve errors, manage changes, and revise designs
Support Project Management Boards (upon request) in evaluating MEP accuracy and compliance with approved design documents
Carry out duties and additional tasks as assigned by superiors
Project Design Tasks as Directed by Department Head/Deputy Head/Team Lead
Develop design information requests and execute detailed construction drawings
Coordinate with Construction Management and Design Consultants to address errors, manage changes, and revise designs
Participate in project design tasks per instructions from Department Head, Deputy Head, or Team Lead
Other Tasks
Execute other assignments from Department Head or Deputy Head
Job Requirements
Age: 25 – 35 years old
Education: University degree or higher
Major: Industrial Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or other related disciplines
Experience: Minimum 5 years in M&E design role
Foreign Language: English proficiency preferred (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer Skills: Proficient with office software and industry-specific applications
Certification: Category 1 professional design license
