MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. GENERAL ROLE
• The UAV program is seeking a Business Development Team Leader – someone who not only implements practical business strategies but also leads the front-line BD team, ensuring the process – quality of opportunities – closing capabilities and project implementation for UAV.
• This position serves as the focal point for implementation, directly transforming business strategies and UAV solutions (equipment – flight services – industry solutions – B2B/B2G projects) into opportunities, contracts, and actual revenue.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Lead & implement the business activities of the team
• Organize the implementation of the business plan according to assigned targets.
• Assign markets, customers, and verticals to each team member.
• Directly participate in:
o Searching for & developing UAV business opportunities
o Working with customers/partners
o Leading important, complex deals (technical solutions, flight projects)
• Ensure the team's processes:
o Align with UAV business direction
o Maintain high quality, closing capabilities & implementation

2. Business solutions for UAV & flight projects
• Directly introduce and implement business in the areas of:
o UAV solutions by industry: agriculture, industry, construction, energy, security
o Flight services – UAV rental – maintenance – training – flight data
o B2B, B2G UAV projects, pilot & expansion
• Collaborate with GTS to:
o Analyze customer needs & operational challenges
o Package suitable UAV solutions
o Prepare proposals, pitching, and technical work
• Participate in negotiating collaboration models:
o Contracts for providing UAV solutions
o Long-term rental – operation – maintenance services
o Joint ventures, co-implementation, revenue sharing

3. Manage, train & develop the commercial representative team
• Guide and mentor commercial representatives:
o Customer approach strategies
o Process management, CRM & reporting
• Evaluate team member performance based on:
o Participation in negotiating collaboration models:
o Contracts for providing UAV solutions
o Long-term rental – operation – maintenance services
o Joint ventures, co-implementation, revenue sharing models
• Contribute to building a commercial representative team with a UAV solution-selling mindset – not just selling individual equipment.

4. Coordinate project implementation & UAV ecosystem
• Work closely with:
o Business Development Manager
o GTS – R&D
o Legal – Finance
• Monitor the implementation process post-signing:
o Ensure commitments to customers are met
o Timely address arising issues
• Participate in ecosystem connection activities:
o UAV technology partners, AI, sensors
o Businesses, UAV users
o Schools/institutes, technical experts


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/BD (B2B is an advantage)
• Experience: practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Leading a small team (3–7 people) or
o Leading specific business/solution projects
• Preference for candidates who have worked in:
o Technology: UAV, high technology, industrial solutions, etc.
o Agricultural technology, construction, energy, etc.
o Engineering projects, B2B/B2G complex deals
2. Core competencies & skills
• Skills:
o Customer & partner development
o Negotiation & implementation of cooperation
o Pipeline management, CRM, reporting
• Ability to:
o Quickly understand technology, UAV solutions
o Lead others to work according to processes
• Good communication and presentation skills
