MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Management and Operation of Accounting Activities
  • Organize, assign, and supervise the work of accounting personnel in the department.
  • Control the recording, accounting, and storage of documents and accounting books according to regulations.
  • Ensure that financial reports, management reports, and tax reports are prepared on time and accurately.
  • Regularly review and reconcile internal data with external parties (banks, partners, tax authorities, etc.).
2. Corporate Financial Management
  • Prepare and monitor the company's operating budget, controlling the operating costs of departments.
  • Analyze financial situation, cash flow, accounts receivable and payable; advise on solutions to optimize cash flow.
  • Coordinate with the Business Division in planning revenue, expenses, profits, and financial KPIs.
  • Propose cost management tools and financial reporting systems to support VGCT's growth strategy.
3. Compliance and Internal Control
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding accounting, tax, insurance, and financial contracts.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department in risk control and review financial terms in contracts.
  • Develop, update, and implement internal control processes to minimize losses and financial risks.
4. Reporting and Consulting for the Management Board
  • Provide periodic reports: monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports, cash flow reports, budget variance analysis.
  • Advise the General Director on options for capital mobilization, investment, cost management, and financial efficiency.
  • Support meetings of the Board of Directors and the Scientific Council (when there are requests related to finance and budget).


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in the finance-accounting field, including at least 2 years in a managerial or deputy managerial position.
  • Professional knowledge:
  • Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and current tax regulations.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial reports, budget planning, cost control.
  • Skills:
  • Leadership and personnel training.
  • Analysis and synthesis of financial data.
  • Communication, reporting, and inter-departmental coordination skills.
  • Preferred: Experience working in technology companies, research and development, or multi-industry corporations.
