MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. GENERAL ROLE
• Responsible for developing strategies, market development, and revenue growth for the UAV company through drone solutions (UAV), including:
o UAV solutions such as: industry – agriculture – surveying – monitoring – logistics – security, etc.
o B2B, B2G cooperation models, large-scale and long-term projects.
o Participate in expanding the network of key partners/customers from the Group's ecosystem and beyond.
• Act as the architect of the UAV business model, not just selling equipment, but selling solutions, systems, and operational value.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Business strategy & UAV revenue growth
• Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly business strategies for the UAV company, including:
o UAV products (in-house production, OEM, integration)
o UAV solutions by industry: agriculture, industry, construction, energy, security, etc.
o Flight services – UAV leasing (GASCO) – maintenance – training – data & analytics (GTS)
• Design a multi-layer revenue model:
o Sell comprehensive solutions (UAV + software + operations)
o Leasing services (GASCO) – operations – periodic maintenance (GTS)
o Project contracts, long-term packages, revenue-sharing models
o Set revenue targets, sales pipeline by industry/region/customer segment.
o Forecast revenue, manage KPIs, report directly to the CEO/Executive Board.

2. UAV solution business & technology transfer
• Directly participate in packaging and commercializing UAV solutions: from actual needs → technical solutions → proposals → contracts
• Work with customers to:
o Analyze operational problems (cost – performance – safety)
o Design UAV solutions that meet customer needs according to the UAV application industry that the UAV company operates in
• Participate in technical-commercial negotiations, pricing solutions based on created value, not equipment prices.
• Coordinate with R&D, GTS to ensure solutions are feasible and implementable.

3. Customer management & development (B2B – B2G)
• Directly lead and close key opportunities with:
o Provincial departments, ministries, state-owned enterprises
o Large private enterprises, corporations, industrial zones, etc.
• Negotiate and design cooperation models:
o UAV solution supply contracts
o Pilot projects – expansion – long-term operations
o Manage key accounts, expand cross-selling/up-selling of services & products related to UAV solutions.
o Coordinate with External Relations – Legal – Finance – GTS to ensure compliance with contract and project timelines.

4. Develop the ecosystem & strategic UAV partners
• Build a partner network:
o UAV technology providers, sensors, AI, software
o Training, licensing, maintenance, logistics units
o Research institutes, universities, aviation – automation experts
• Co-develop:
o New UAV products
o In-depth industry solutions
o Pilot – commercialization testing projects

5. Build a partner network:
• Establish a business development process suitable for UAV technology solution business.
• Manage business processes, forecast revenue, control performance.
• Lead and train the commercial representative team:
o Solution selling mindset, not equipment selling
o Skills to work with technical customers & B2B/B2G
• Coordinate inter-departmentally to implement projects effectively.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B/B2G Business Development (≥ 3 years in a senior management/Director position)
• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
o UAV, high technology, industrial solutions
o Smart agriculture, construction, energy, security
o Engineering projects, integrated solutions
• Proven track record in closing large-value contracts/projects with long cycles.
