MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Check the legality, draft Contracts, Documents, and Materials of the Group
Check the legality of all Contracts, Documents, and Materials of the Group to ensure there are no errors, compliance with the Law, and state regulations.
Direct and control the drafting of Contracts, Documents, and Materials when requested by superiors.
Direct the implementation of legal procedures in the Group's business operations when requested by superiors.
Advise the Board of Directors and departments on legal issues.
Advise the Board of Directors and departments on legal issues during business operations.
Support and advise employees on legal issues when directed by superiors.
Organize updates and guide departments and units on newly issued legal documents related to the activities of the departments and units.
Represent the Board of Directors in resolving disputes, litigation, and working with competent state agencies.

Support other tasks in the NLCĐ Block when requested by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Age: 28 - 45 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
Field of study: Law
Experience: 07 years
Skills: Persuasion, Presentation, Communication, Situation handling, Leadership, Document drafting
Relevant certifications:
Relevant knowledge: various Codes of Law
Essential qualities: Quick, Diligent, Careful, Honest, Logical thinking
