MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Purchase items as requested by the R&D department based on the criteria of "buying what is available," "buying correctly," "buying quickly," and "optimizing."
Understand technical documents and purchase according to "specifications." Work directly with engineers to clarify purchasing requirements.
Proactively research and evaluate the technical capabilities of suppliers, seeking alternative technological solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, prioritizing delivery speed. Implement the ordering process, closely monitor, and expedite delivery progress.
Complete and store records of purchasing documents. Monitor the budget for each R&D project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Graduated from university in the fields of: Materials Engineering/Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or International Economics.
● Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in purchasing management is a significant advantage.
● At least 03 years of direct purchasing experience for manufacturing plants (preferably in high-tech, mechanical, or composite industries).
● Equivalent to TOEIC 600, having an international certificate is an advantage.
● Ability to work under high pressure.
● Eager to learn, with negotiation and pricing skills.
● Honest, careful, and highly responsible in work.

Working hours:
- From Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 5:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8 AM – 12 PM
