STRATEGIC ROLE

  • Take full responsibility for developing CT UAV’s core research and technology capabilities in the UAV sector.

  • Build and implement a long-term technology roadmap (2025–2030), focusing on six strategic technology pillars:
    🔹 Electronics & Microchips
    🔹 Composite Materials
    🔹 Energy Systems
    🔹 Control Systems & Autonomy
    🔹 AI & Payload Technologies
    🔹 Cybersecurity & Communications

  • Lead and develop a high-performing R&D team of 35 experts, establishing a talent pipeline model focused on training – innovation – localization.

  • Oversee the development of 20+ UAV product lines, ensuring 80–95% localization of core technologies.

  • Establish partnerships with leading universities, research institutions, and manage international technology transfer programs.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Technology Management, or equivalent

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in R&D, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale high-tech R&D projects (budget > 50 billion VND)

  • Direct experience in UAVs, aerospace, robotics, or automation technologies

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of UAV technologies and intellectual property management

  • Strong strategic thinking and inspirational leadership

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

  • Expertise in presenting, negotiating, and planning national-level technology strategies
