MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities
Time Attendance & Working Hours Management
Monitor and verify employee attendance, leave requests, overtime, and compensatory leave.
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of attendance records before finalization.
Payroll, Bonus & Employee Compensation
Calculate and process salaries, bonuses, allowances, and other employee benefits.
Manage payroll records, including bonuses, disciplinary actions, promotions, and resignations.
Respond to employee inquiries and ensure proper implementation of compensation policies.
Welfare & Benefits Management
Insurance & Related Policies
Handle and update Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) records.
Liaise with insurance authorities to complete employee benefit procedures.
HR Advisory & Policy Development
Propose and advise on salary, welfare, reward, and recognition policies.
Keep up to date with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and personal income tax policies.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Preference: Experience in the technology sector or fast-paced, dynamic organizations is an advantage.
Language: Good command of English communication is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
Personal Attributes: Dynamic, enthusiastic, intelligent, adaptable, and professional in demeanor.
