MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and process IT support requests from users (in person, phone, email, ticket).
  • Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and office equipment.
  • Support Windows/macOS operating systems and office software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Manage user accounts (create/delete/edit permissions) on Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Assist with LAN/WiFi network connections and VPN for users.
  • Check and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
  • Set up and configure email (Outlook, Google Workspace…).
  • Record and update tickets in the request management system (ITSM).
  • Coordinate with the System/Network team when escalating higher-level incidents (L2/L3).
  • Guide users to comply with the company's IT security policies and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduated from a Vocational College/Associate Degree/Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk (Freshers with training are accepted).

Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, Windows/macOS operating systems.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, LAN, WiFi.
  • Good communication skills, friendly, and effective user support.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Careful, patient, and responsible.

Preferred
  • Possession of MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with ≥100 users.
  • Experience using ticket management tools (Jira Service Management, Freshservice…).
  • Basic English communication skills.
