MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire lifecycle of IT and AI projects: from initiation, planning, execution to acceptance.
• Work closely with technical departments, R&D, product, design, and business to define requirements, scope, and project objectives.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure the project complies with internal management processes.
• Proactively manage and address risks and issues arising during project implementation.
• Provide regular project progress reports to management and stakeholders, serving as a bridge between clients, partners, and internal departments.
• Ensure the quality of project outputs through testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Support the development of deployment processes and standardize project management activities within the organization.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and records related to the project.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and commitments to clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as: Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role in the IT or AI technology sector.
• Strong foundational knowledge of information systems, software, data, and artificial intelligence.
• Good understanding of software development processes, IT system implementation, or AI applications in business.
• Ability to plan, analyze requirements, allocate resources, and monitor progress effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Preference for candidates with experience in AI project implementation or enterprise software systems.
• Preference for candidates with project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership and decision-making skills.
• Organizational skills and effective time management.
• Systematic thinking, logical reasoning, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a continuously changing technology environment.

BENEFITS & WELFARE

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Annual leave is granted according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
  • Other benefits are specified in the labor agreement, legal basis, and other agreements.
