MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources & Data Management
· Manage, update, and store personnel records (contracts, decisions, personal files...) in accordance with regulations.
· Monitor and update personnel data in the HRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
· Prepare and compile periodic reports: personnel fluctuations, resignations, information changes, rewards – discipline,…

Attendance, Salary Calculation, and Benefits
· Compile attendance data, annual leave, overtime from departments, check and reconcile before calculating salaries.
· Coordinate with Accounting to carry out the calculation and payment of monthly salaries and bonuses.
· Manage and implement benefit policies: leave, maternity, sick leave, birthdays, funerals – weddings, teambuilding,…
· Monitor and manage the periodic benefits budget of the Human Resources department.

Insurance & Employee Benefits
· Carry out procedures for registration, adjustment, closing records, reporting increases/decreases in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance for employees.
· Resolve sick leave, maternity, and occupational accident benefits in accordance with legal regulations.
· Monitor and manage insurance books, health insurance cards, ensuring employee rights.
· Coordinate with the Social Insurance agency and departments when there are inspections or reconciliations.

Labor Relations & Human Resources Administration
· Address employee inquiries related to policies, regulations, rights, and obligations.
· Monitor and control the signing, extension, and termination of labor contracts.
· Implement disciplinary processes, resignations, asset handovers, and contract terminations in accordance with regulations.
· Participate in handling violations of internal regulations and labor disputes (if any).
· Collaborate to build, update, and disseminate internal regulations, policies, and human resources guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Experience:
· At least 2–3 years of experience in a General Human Resources position or equivalent.
· Preference for candidates who have worked in a multi-industry corporation or large-scale enterprises.
· Professional Knowledge:
· Understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax, and related regulations.
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and human resource management software.

· Skills:
· Good communication and coordination.
· Careful, honest, and confidential with information.
· Time management and flexible problem-solving.
· Progressive spirit and high responsibility in work.
