MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and propose IT strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and development directions aligned with the business strategy.
  • Manage technology programs and projects (PMO): monitor progress, scope, resources, and risks; ensure IT – Data – AI projects are implemented as planned and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Business analysis and requirements management: gather, standardize, and control changes in requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain IT, Data & AI governance models, develop processes, implementation guidelines, risk control, and accountability.
  • Quality control & process compliance (QA/QC): establish standards, monitor the quality of technology products, and detect risks and deviations early.
  • Coordinate with departments, member units, and partners both domestically and internationally to issue IT policies, handle incidents, and ensure legal compliance and international standards.
  • Manage and direct IT operations at member units; provide guidance, timely checks, support, and control compliance with security regulations.
  • Oversee the activities of the Information Security Department: set goals, action plans; allocate resources; refine processes; create a cohesive working environment; train and develop staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Age: 30 years old and above.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Major: Preference for Master's degree in Law, Risk Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of IT Compliance or IT Audit.
  • Ability to communicate and read specialized English documents.
  • Knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
  • Understanding of international IT standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27000, ITIL, NIST CSF…).
  • Experience in operating IT systems is an advantage.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
