Support the CFO in organizing the development of the annual budget plan; prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly) forecasts of the Group's business performance;
Analyze and evaluate the financial situation and periodic (monthly/quarterly/yearly) business performance results of the Group;
Control indicators related to revenue, expenses, profits, working capital, and cash flow according to standards/plans; manage financial risks; monitor exchange rates/interest rates;
Assist the CFO in maintaining relationships with credit institutions; support the implementation of fundraising programs;
Develop and maintain relationships with the Chief Accountants/CFOs of member companies within the Group;
Manage personnel within the finance group of the Group's Finance Department; organize guidance/training activities;
Assist the CFO in developing/improving policies, forms/financial reports;
Coordinate IT projects related to the Group's financial accounting system.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from university with a major in Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Auditing or higher.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or corporate finance; experience in financial management at large Corporations/Companies is preferred, with a preference for candidates with experience/knowledge in the real estate finance sector.
Possess financial analysis skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance knowledge, financial policy/reporting systems within companies, and modern financial operations.
Language: Good communication skills in English.

Able to work under pressure and flexible with tasks.
