Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and deploy AI models for specific use cases such as data analysis, prediction, classification, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), optical character recognition (OCR), or recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with technical, product, data, and R&D teams to understand problems, select appropriate AI solutions, and apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Research new AI/ML methods, evaluate their potential, and propose their application in products or services.
• Optimize AI models for high accuracy, speed, and practical deployment.
• Write technical documentation, experiment reports, and share knowledge internally.
• Support the integration of models into products, including technical handover, API development, testing, and post-deployment evaluation

Job Requirements

Education & Experience 

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML roles such as AI Scientist, AI Engineer, or equivalent.
• Proficient in machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning techniques.
• Experienced in building and deploying AI models using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.
• Knowledge of model architecture and deployment processes in production-ready ML environments.
• Preference for candidates with experience in NLP, CV, OCR, or recommendation systems.
• Ability to read and understand scientific research, extract insights, and apply them to practical projects.
• Preference for candidates with published research, participation in industry conferences, or contributions to open-source projects.
