POSITION OVERVIEW

• Title: Senior Aerospace Mechanical Engineer – UAV Design Specialist

• Team: Aerodynamics & Design

• Openings: 4 positions

• Location: Vietnam

• Reporting to: CTO

YOUR MISSION

As a key member of our R&D team, you’ll:

• Lead the conceptual & detailed design of cutting-edge UAV platforms

• Drive aerodynamic optimization, wing/fuselage/control surface design

• Perform CFD/FEA simulations, validate results via wind tunnel & field tests

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Electronics, Materials, Energy Systems)

• Contribute to rapid prototype development and flight testing

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's (required) / Master's (preferred) in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years in aircraft/UAV design

• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX), CFD (ANSYS, OpenFOAM), FEA (Abaqus, ANSYS)

• Strong grasp of aerodynamics, structural design & composite materials

• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and English communication skills

Preferred:

• UAV/drone design experience

• Knowledge of ICAO/FAA/EASA standards

• Experience with MDO, rapid prototyping, or military/commercial UAVs

• PhD or patents/publications in relevant fields
