Key Responsibilities

1.Client-Facing Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage and oversee the operations of legal project activities.

  • Lead and build the project development team.

  • Responsible for handling legal documentation and procedures related to the Group's investment projects, from the project proposal stage through completion and commissioning.

  • Search for land banks and develop potential new projects for the Group.

  • Carry out external affairs; establish and maintain relationships with relevant departments and authorities; liaise with government regulatory agencies and relevant partners as authorized and assigned.

2.Internal Governance:

  • Update information, draft and finalize documents, regulations, procedures, and guidelines related to legal project management.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable laws in all assigned tasks.

  • Maintain a fully updated and comprehensive system of documents, regulations, procedures, and guidelines related to legal project management.

  • Advise and support the Board of Directors/Group Leaders in managing systems within the scope of project development functions.

  • Provide legal counsel to the Group’s Board of Directors and relevant departments/units to safeguard the Group’s rights and interests in business and operational activities.

  • Provide consultation on legal procedures, licensing documents, and matters related to the construction industry and project legalities to the Board and relevant departments.

3.Team Building:

  • Establish work objectives; assign, delegate, guide, and supervise staff within the scope of management.

  • Allocate personnel appropriately to maximize the efficiency of human resources; propose reassignments aligned with competencies and qualities.

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to identify training needs, conduct post-training evaluations, and ensure that managed employees are fully trained and empowered.

  • Develop training plans for succession planning.

  • Propose employee policies within the department, including recommendations on reassignments, appointments, commendations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Implement and enhance internal communication efforts: Encourage team members to actively engage in internal groups and promote the Group’s image and brand on personal pages and corporate communication platforms.

Other Duties:

  • Perform other assigned tasks related to project development.

  • Provide support on other assigned legal matters related to real estate projects.

Job Requirements

  1. Age: 30 – 55 years old.

  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

  3. Majors: Project Law, Law, Economics, Construction, Architecture, or other related fields.

  4. Experience: At least 3 years of working experience, with expertise in project legal matters.

  5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

  6. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and office software, as well as relevant industry-specific tools.

  7. Skills:

    • Excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, and high-level diplomacy skills.

    • Ability to work under high pressure.

    • Strong teamwork and collaboration.

    • Extensive network with relevant departments, authorities, and legal bodies.

  8. Relevant Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of land law and regulations on compensation and site clearance.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of legal regulations related to real estate investment, project management, and construction.

  9. Other Essential Qualities: Honest, detail-oriented, calm, mature, resilient under pressure, and cooperative in teamwork.
