JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and monitor raw material consumption standards for each drink on the menu;
• Check and update processing recipes, ensuring accuracy in each stage from preparation to product completion;
• Monitor and adjust raw material standards to optimize costs while maintaining product quality;
• Work with the warehouse and purchasing department to ensure that raw materials are used in accordance with the prescribed quantity.
• Develop and update SOPs for processing stages; Directly inspect the kitchen/processing area to ensure that employees follow the correct procedures;
• Control compliance with food hygiene and safety standards as prescribed;
• Evaluate the quality of finished products before serving customers, ensuring that the products meet standards in taste, appearance, and temperature.
• Instruct and train kitchen staff on standard processing procedures and how to control quantities;
• Coordinate with kitchen managers to propose process improvements, optimize processing time and minimize material loss;
• Monitor the usage of kitchen machinery and equipment and recommend maintenance when necessary;
• Coordinate with the operations department to control service speed, ensuring that the processing process does not affect the customer experience.
• Monitor the loss rate of raw materials, propose measures to reduce loss and waste.
• Check and compare actual data with consumption standards to detect discrepancies and make timely adjustments;
• Propose replacement or adjustment of raw materials to optimize costs while still ensuring quality.
• Other tasks as required by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Age: 25 - 40 years old.
2. Qualification: College degree or higher.
3. Major: Food Technology, Food Processing, Restaurant Management or related majors.
4. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the F&B field, restaurant chains, hotels. Understanding of food/beverage processing processes in the F&B industry.
5. Information technology: Proficient in using computers, office software, specialized software, etc.
6. Skills:
- Good and clear communication.
- Work organization.
- Good situation handling.
7. Other necessary qualities: Creative, careful, proactive, flexible, supportive and responsible in work, professional style. Ability to work independently, under pressure and flexible in problem solving.
