MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly manage and operate the activities of the legal project in charge:
- Manage the construction of the project development team.
- Responsible for legal documents and procedures related to the Group's investment projects from project establishment to completion and operational use.
- Search for land funds, develop new potential projects for the Group.
- Conduct external relations, build and expand relationships with departments and agencies, work with state management agencies, and relevant partners according to authority and assigned tasks.
Update information, draft/finalize documents, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc., related to management work in project legal affairs:
- Be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current laws regarding the tasks assigned.
Advise and assist the leadership of the Department/Group Leadership in managing the system consistently according to the project development functional area:
- Provide legal advice to the Group's leadership and relevant Departments/Offices/Units to ensure the rights and interests of the Group in operational and business activities.
- Consult with the leadership and relevant Departments/Offices/Units on procedural issues regarding permits and issues related to the construction industry and project legal affairs.
Build the team:
- Establish work objectives, assign tasks, guide, and supervise the implementation of employees within the management scope.
- Arrange personnel appropriately and optimize the effectiveness of human resource utilization; propose transfers to match capabilities and qualities.
- Coordinate with the Training and Development Department to identify training needs, evaluate post-training to ensure that subordinate employees are trained and fully utilize their capabilities.
- Develop a training plan for successor personnel.
- Participate in proposing regimes and policies for personnel in the Department, propose transfers/appointments/rewards/disciplines;
- Implement and enhance internal communication: Encourage personnel in the Department to actively interact in internal groups, promote the image and brand of the Group on personal pages and the Group's media pages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 30 – 55 years old.
- Education: University graduate or higher, majoring in Project Legal, Law, Economics, Construction, Architecture, or related fields.
- Experience: Over 3 years of working experience, specializing in project legal matters.
- Language: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer skills: Proficient in using computers, office software, specialized software, etc.
- Skills: Listening, persuasion, negotiation, problem-solving, high-level diplomacy.
- Ability to work under high pressure. Collaboration in work.
- Has many relationships with Departments/Branches/Industries, legal agencies.
- Understanding of land law, regulations on compensation and site clearance.
- Familiar with legal regulations related to real estate investment, project investment management, construction, etc.
- Other necessary qualities: Honest, careful, able to withstand high work pressure, calm, mature, collaborative in work.
