MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Position Overview
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and expanding global business activities for the UAV product line. This role focuses on building market strategies, managing international sales teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. The position requires strong leadership, deep market insight, and the ability to drive high-value sales in the UAV and high‑tech sectors.

II. Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop, execute, and optimize international sales strategies for UAV products.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, evaluate competitors, and propose strategic business directions for each region.
• Establish KPIs and ensure the sales team achieves revenue and growth targets.
• Improve sales processes, CRM systems, and tools to enhance productivity and pipeline visibility.
2. Team Management:
• Lead, develop, and coach a team of International Sales Representatives across multiple markets.
• Provide training on sales approaches, negotiation skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, Legal) to support sales activities effectively.
3. Market Expansion & Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts, distributors, and international partners.
• Lead negotiations for strategic, high-value, or complex deals.
• Oversee customer care, manage escalations, and ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
4. Sales Operations & Execution
• Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, UAV/defense conferences, and marketing events.
• Review and approve commercial proposals, quotations, and contract terms before submission to the executive team.
• Present UAV products via demonstrations, pitches, and technical discussions together with engineering teams.
5. Product & Technical Collaboration
• Work closely with UAV engineers to stay updated on product features, technology advancements, and upcoming releases.
• Collect customer and market feedback to recommend improvements to products, pricing structures, or service packages.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of international sales/business development experience, including at least 2 years at a managerial level.
• Experience in UAV, aerospace, high tech equipment, defense technology, or technical solutions is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience managing cross regional or multicultural sales teams is a strong asset.
2. Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Solid understanding of international trade, export regulations, and global market dynamics.
