MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales & Contract Closing
• Receive and process leads from:
o Market Development Team
o Marketing / Events / Workshops
o Customer referrals
• Work directly with customers to:
o Introduce UAV products & solutions
o Advise on suitable options based on actual needs
o Negotiate prices and commercial terms
• Execute contract closing:
o Sell UAVs
o Sell industry-specific UAV solutions
o Sell flight services / UAV rentals / maintenance
2. Solution Consulting & Technical Coordination
• Collaborate with GTS to:
o Analyze technical – operational problems
o Propose suitable UAV configurations & solutions
o Prepare demos, test flights (as per customer requests)
• Ensure sold solutions:
o Meet needs
o Are deployable
o Comply with current UAV regulations.
3. Pipeline Management & Sales Reporting
• Update pipeline, CRM as per regulations.
• Monitor deal progress from quotation → contract signing → implementation.
• Report sales results periodically:
• Negotiate and design collaboration models: revenue, closing rates, sales cycle time.
4. Customer Care & Revenue Development
• Provide post-sale customer care:
o Information support
o Coordinate to handle arising issues
• Identify and propose opportunities:
o Upsell (scale expansion, UAV upgrades)
o Cross-sell (flight services, maintenance, training)
• Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience
• 1–3 years of Sales/B2B experience (preferably in solution sales, technical equipment).
• Preference for candidates who have sold: technology equipment, technical solutions, B2B/B2G projects.
2. Skills
• Communication, consulting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to present solutions and demo products.
• Knowledge of managing pipelines and reporting sales.
• Willingness to quickly learn about UAV technology.
3. Qualities & Mindset
• Deal-closing mindset – responsible for revenue.
• Proactive, persistent, goal-oriented.
• Not afraid to work with technical products.
• Suitable for the UAV environment: hands-on – technology – fast growth.
