MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Generation
- Search for potential customers by target groups: Schools/institutes, businesses, government departments, industrial zones…
- Make contact, schedule meetings, and introduce the CTI model.
2. Identify Needs & Consult Solutions
- Gather customer needs information: goals, budget, timeline, constraints.
- Propose suitable solution packages in the direction of: Hub/Franchise, training, consulting, IP valuation, CTIX…
3. Support Proposal & Sales Document Preparation
- Prepare:
+ Proposal/quotation
+ Pitching slides
+ Implementation timeline, list of deliverables
- Collaborate with Marketing/Operations to finalize the sales document set.
4. Monitor Pipeline & Support Contract Closure
- Update CRM/pipeline weekly.
- Track deal progress, send reminders, and coordinate with departments to expedite closure.
5. Customer Care & Develop New Opportunities
- Follow up with customers after meetings: send recaps, follow-up emails, update proposals.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for each module.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience (REQUIRED)
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/BD (B2B is an advantage).
- Preference for experience in: technology, training, consulting, project implementation.
2. Skills
- Good communication, proactive in connecting, and follow-up to meet goals.
- Ability to write basic proposals, create slides, and present.
- Knowledge of organizing pipeline data (Excel/CRM).
3. Qualities
- High energy, "hunter" spirit, not afraid to expand the market.
- Discipline in follow-up, commitment to KPIs.
