MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. JOB OBJECTIVE
Support the management of technical projects from the preparation of documents, monitoring progress to coordinating personnel, while learning and developing project management skills.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and documentation;
· Monitor progress and update reports for project management;
· Record and process change requests within the assigned scope;
· Coordinate with technical teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth information flow;
· Store and manage project records in accordance with regulations;
· Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on implementation.
3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree or final year student in a related field;
· Basic understanding of technical project management;
· Organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication;
· Willingness to learn and work in a team.
