MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I. GENERAL ROLE
• Responsible for organizing, managing, and implementing all business activities of UAV Company according to the approved strategy; directly transforming UAV solutions, flight projects, technology services, and collaboration models into processes, contracts, and actual revenue.
• Play a leading role in UAV business deployment, acting as a bridge between strategy – technical solutions – operations – partners, ensuring that UAV solutions are commercialized effectively, sustainably, and scalable.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Organize & implement business plans
• Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/yearly business strategies in line with UAV Company’s direction.
• Organize the development of processes for the following areas:
o UAV solutions by industry: agriculture, industry, construction, energy, security
o Flight services – UAV rental – maintenance – training – flight data
o B2B, B2G projects, pilot projects, and expansions
• Set revenue targets, allocate quotas for the sales team.
• Monitor, update processes/progress, forecast, and report results periodically.

2. Implement UAV solution business & technical projects
• Directly participate with the Director in:
o Analyzing operational needs & technical challenges of customers
o Packaging UAV solutions (equipment – software – operations – services)
• Lead and close business opportunities:
o With complex technical – commercial structures
o Involving multiple parties (Government – Enterprises – Technology partners)
• Participate in shaping collaboration models:
o Contracts for providing UAV solutions
o Long-term rental – operation – maintenance projects
o Joint ventures, co-deployment, revenue-sharing models

3. Manage & develop customers (B2B – B2G)
• Directly work and maintain relationships with:
o Provincial departments, ministries, state-owned enterprises
o Large private enterprises, corporations, industrial zones, etc.
• Ensure proper implementation of contract commitments, coordinating with: External relations – Legal – Finance – GTS to ensure compliance with contract and project timelines.
• Develop cross-selling / upselling services & products related to UAV solutions.

4. Manage & lead the team
• Directly manage:
o Business Development Specialists
o Key Accounts
• Clearly assign verticals – territories – customer groups
• Train the team with the mindset:
o Sell UAV solutions, not individual equipment
o In-depth industry solutions
o Business based on operational value & generated efficiency
• Evaluate effectiveness based on KPIs, processes, and order quality.

5. Coordinate solution & ecosystem development:
• Collaborate with the GTS – R&D department in:
o Designing UAV solutions that meet customer needs
o Ensuring technical feasibility, cost, and scalability
• Participate in building the ecosystem:
o UAV technology partners, AI, sensors
o Training, licensing, maintenance units
o Schools/institutes, technical experts
• Support the preparation of proposal content, pitching, and working with senior customers


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience
• Over 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B/B2G Business Development (≥ 2 years in a managerial/lead position)
• Experience in implementing:
o Medium to large-scale technical projects
o Multi-stakeholder projects
• Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
o UAV, high technology, industrial solutions
o Smart agriculture, construction, energy, security
o Engineering projects, integrated solutions
2. Core Competencies & Skills
• Ability to organize & manage end-to-end business operations.
• Capability to build proposals, negotiate, and implement partnerships.
• Process management, KPIs, and forecasting.
• Understanding of the UAV solution business model & technology services.
• Multi-stakeholder working skills: business – GTS – partners – government agencies.
