MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and operate LAN/WAN/WiFi networks.
  • Configure and manage Switches, Routers, Firewalls.
  • Build and manage VPN systems (Site-to-Site, Remote Access).
  • Monitor network performance, ensure uptime, and optimize bandwidth.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network issues (L1/L2).
  • Configure VLAN, STP, Routing (Static, OSPF), NAT, ACL.
  • Deploy and manage devices from Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper Networks, or equivalent.
  • Support the deployment of enterprise WiFi systems (Controller, AP).
  • Coordinate with the System/Security team to ensure information security.
  • Write technical documentation, network diagrams (Network Diagram, IP Plan).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduated from University/College with a major in IT, Computer Networks, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the position of Network Engineer.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Understand the OSI and TCP/IP models.
  • Experience in configuring Layer 2/3 Switches.
  • Knowledge of Routing, VLAN, Trunking, Inter-VLAN.
  • Experience in configuring Firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS.
  • Understanding of QoS and Load Balancing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Wireless (802.11).

Preferred
  • Possession of MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with ≥100 users.
  • Experience using ticket management tools (Jira Service Management, Freshservice…).
  • Basic English communication skills.
