MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a product development strategy that aligns with business direction and market trends.
Organize market research, analyze customer needs, and evaluate competitor products to propose new product ideas or improvements.
Manage and coordinate the product development process from idea, design, testing, pilot production to commercialization.
Collaborate with departments (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Production, etc.) to ensure the product meets quality standards, cost, and timelines.
Monitor the department's operational effectiveness, manage the budget, and optimize product development resources.
Periodically report results, propose solutions to improve processes, technology, and product portfolio.
Train and develop the department's personnel, fostering a culture of innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from university or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related areas.
Have a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in product development, including at least 2–3 years in a management position.
Deep understanding of the product development process, market research, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and coordinate effectively across departments.
Proficient in professional English and office software; candidates with experience in high-tech, innovative environments are preferred.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM). Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or take Saturday morning off upon completing tasks during the week. Overtime may be required depending on work needs, and compensatory time off can be taken the following day or another time during the week.
