Advise and propose strategies and policies on information security for the Leadership Board; design, implement, and maintain an overall security architecture for infrastructure, platforms, applications, data, and cloud.
Build and operate a Security Operations Center (SOC), applying AI/Threat Intelligence to detect attacks early; organize regular testing, review, and patching of security vulnerabilities.
Manage risks, compliance, and security policies; enhance awareness and culture of information security across the entire system.
Research, develop mechanisms, processes, and policies for information security management; analyze risks, and propose security solutions for IT infrastructure and business operations.
Monitor, coordinate, and handle information security threats and incidents; implement regular training for employees.
Collaborate with departments, member units, and domestic/international partners to analyze requirements, advise on technical solutions, handle incidents, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
Manage and direct IT operations at member units; guide, inspect, support timely actions, and control compliance with regulations.
Oversee the operations of the Information Security Department: set goals, action plans; allocate resources; refine processes; create a cohesive working environment; train and develop staff.

Age: 30 years old and above.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Major: IT, Mathematics - Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: At least 03 years of experience in a similar position at large companies or corporations.
Language: Ability to communicate and read specialized English documents.
In-depth knowledge/experience in building, developing, operating, and managing information security systems.
Possession of international certifications in information security such as: CISSP, OSCP, CISA, ISO27001....
Direct experience in handling information security incidents.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
