MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise and propose strategies for the development and upgrade of digital applications and IT software to support internal operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Transform business needs into digital solutions, promote digital transformation, ensure quality - safety - compliance, while optimizing costs through a common platform.
  • Plan, organize, and directly participate in the development of internal applications to automate operational processes, management, and reporting; guide design direction, select appropriate technologies; control programming quality and standardize software development processes.
  • Collaborate with departments, member units, and partners both domestically and internationally to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and build and develop applications.
  • Manage and direct IT operations at member units; guide, inspect, and ensure compliance with security regulations; provide timely consultation and support.
  • Oversee the activities of the Application Development Department: set goals, action plans; allocate resources; refine processes and forms; create a cohesive working environment; train and develop staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Major: IT, Computer Science; Software Engineering; Artificial Intelligence; Telecommunications; Mathematics - Computer Science or related fields.
  • At least 03 years of equivalent experience in application development and operations, with a preference for experience with ERP, ITSM, CRM, TMS, or EMS.
  • Ability to communicate and understand technical documents in English.
  • Skills in planning and organizing work operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Practical experience in developing internal applications and/or implementing and operating SAP.
  • Proficient in coding software: C/C++; Python; Java.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
