MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from relevant departments and partners.
  • Analyze, standardize, and optimize business processes for:
    • Internal ERP system
    • GASCO Platform
  • Build and manage business documentation:
    • BRD, FRD
    • Use Case, User Story
    • Process Flow, Data Flow
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in designing business solutions, assessing the impact of system changes.
  • Coordinate with the development team during the implementation, testing, and UAT phases.
  • Ensure data consistency and business flow between ERP, Platform, and integrated systems.
  • Propose process improvements and solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst for:
    • Internal ERP systems (custom or business-specific)
    • Internal management and operational software
  • Thorough understanding of the following business areas: Finance – Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Contracts, Cost Management, Revenue, Asset Management, Materials, Resources
  • Experience participating in the following phases: Requirements Analysis, Business Design, UAT, and System Acceptance
  • Experience as a BA for systems such as: Marketplace, Booking system, Asset / Resource / Service sharing platform
  • Understanding of specific characteristics:
    • Multi-partner, multi-role model
    • Service ordering – confirmation – execution – reconciliation process
    • Resource coordination and operations
  • Experience analyzing end-to-end business flows and integrating with back-office systems (ERP).
  • Basic experience working with and integrating: CRM, OMS, TMS
  • Understanding the role of these systems in:
    • Customer management, order management, and operations
    • Data synchronization with ERP and Platform
  • Ability to analyze data flows and coordinate API integration deployment.
  • Ability to assign tasks, review documentation, and ensure business quality.
  • Good system and business analysis thinking.
  • Proficient in business documentation.
  • Communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for a large business scope.
  • Process improvement mindset and long-term value orientation.
