MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement the recruitment plan according to the plan and targets assigned by the Head/Deputy Head of the Recruitment Department:
- Conduct sourcing and attracting candidates: contact job service providers, headhunters, newspapers, job introduction centers, colleges, and universities…
- Receive, classify, and screen candidate profiles from various sources, contact and schedule interviews for all interview rounds.
- Directly interview in the preliminary round.
- Prepare work reports as required.
- Be responsible for recruiting positions as requested by superiors.
- Check the candidate's work history before hiring.
- Participate in the development of recruitment tools and candidate evaluation.
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
2. Implement and participate in activities to build and promote the human resources brand for the Group.
- Participate in drafting and contributing ideas for talent attraction programs, promoting the human resources brand of the Group.
- Directly execute HR Events: job fairs, collaboration programs with HR partners.
3. Participate in human resource management tasks, develop human resource development strategies, and other tasks in the Group's NLCĐ Block:
- Participate and provide feedback in the process of developing recruitment and human resource procedures and forms for the Group.
- Draft and complete missing job descriptions.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum work experience in a similar position: 2 years
- Skills: Negotiation, Relationship building, Good and clear communication, Planning, Problem-solving, Teamwork, Training & presentation, Proficient in office software.
- Good command of English.
- Interviewing and people assessment skills.
- Essential qualities: dynamic, enthusiastic, agile, intelligent, perceptive, professional demeanor.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
