MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Search, develop, and care for domestic enterprise customers according to priority segments
  • Explore needs, consult on suitable solutions, coordinate internally to build configurations and propose commercial techniques
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, workshops, expand networks, and create sales opportunities
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and hand over for implementation
  • Monitor progress, accompany acceptance, and provide post-sale support
  • Report sales, pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback periodically according to the NDT15 template.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduated from university with a major in Engineering, Technology, Electrical – Electronics, IT, Mechanics, Automation… or related fields.
  • Have 2–3 years of experience in solution sales/technical product business.
  • Candidates with a technical background, but also love and are passionate about sales, communication, external relations, and wish to develop a career in technology business.
  • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; quick analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, withstand sales pressure.
  • Understanding of technical documents in English and basic communication with foreign partners is an advantage.

BENEFITS & WELFARE

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM); Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Annual leave is granted according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
  • Other benefits are specified in the labor agreement, legal basis, and other agreements.
