1. Structural Design and Calculation

Design structural systems for civil and industrial projects in line with the company’s modular design orientation.

Calculate foundations, beams, slabs, columns, walls, and steel structures to ensure load-bearing capacity, stability, and long-term durability.

Develop simulation and testing plans for projects according to international standards.

Research materials suitable for Modulex housing.

Perform structural analysis and modeling using specialized software such as Etabs, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis, Revit Structure, Tekla, etc.

2. Coordination and Drawing Control

Collaborate closely with the Architecture, Mechatronics, and MEP departments to ensure structural drawings are synchronized, accurate, feasible, and aligned with the overall design solution.

Produce detailed construction and assembly drawings in accordance with technical standards and practical requirements.

Evaluate structural designs to ensure compliance with international standards and specific requirements for foldable houses.

3. Construction Supervision and Support

Participate in inspection and supervision during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Provide technical support to resolve structural-related issues arising on site.

Join final acceptance inspections of structural works with relevant stakeholders when required.

4. Compliance and Professional Development

Comply with Vietnamese and international technical standards and building codes (e.g., AU/NZS, Eurocode).

Engage in research and stay updated with new trends in structural engineering, particularly in modular construction technology.

Contribute technical ideas to enhance design quality and optimize construction costs.
