MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the strategy for penetrating public healthcare facilities
  • Develop a quarterly/yearly plan to approach the public healthcare segment: identify a list of public healthcare facilities, state health agencies, and target government health organizations that align with the product commercialization roadmap.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with state health management agencies to facilitate the approval for pilot projects, product registration, and inclusion of the product in standard treatment protocols.
  • Coordinate with the Legal Department to prepare legal documents necessary for participating in tenders; oversee the entire process of submission and monitor the results of public healthcare tenders.
  • Create an ecosystem map of healthcare facilities in target markets; classify them according to their readiness for implementation.
  • Coordinate connections with leading KOLs to participate in scientific councils and clinical workshops, establishing a reputable scientific foundation for the approach to public healthcare facilities.
  • Monitor the progress of MoUs and cooperation commitments; report the healthcare facility pipeline regularly to the Block Director.
Expanding the commercial distribution channel based on public healthcare facilities
  • Develop a strategy for the growth of the commercial distribution channel (private healthcare facilities, specialized clinics, private healthcare chains) based on reputation, clinical data, and brand established through the approach to public healthcare facilities.
  • Develop a partnership model suitable for each segment; propose flexible commercial policies (pricing, payment, technical support).
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to build scenarios for approaching each commercial partner; standardize the sales process and training for the specialist team.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the commercial distribution channel by product, region, and segment; adjust strategies according to each phase.
  • Establish a CRM system/tracking pipeline to ensure timely data updates and analysis.
Managing and developing the BD team
  • Recruit, train, guide, and evaluate the effectiveness of Team Leaders and BD Specialists; build a development roadmap for each level.
  • Establish specific KPIs and a periodic reporting system; organize regular team meetings to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Organize internal training on product knowledge, bidding processes, and medical business ethics.
  • Build a proactive, responsible, and results-oriented departmental culture.
Market analysis & inter-departmental coordination
  • Collect and analyze healthcare market data; provide insights to adjust BD strategies at each stage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop content for scientific workshops, technical documents, and pitch decks for business.
  • Work with R&D and Legal to provide technical information, address customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare periodic market analysis and business performance reports for the Block Director and Leadership Board.
Perform tasks as directed by BODs.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Age: 30 years and older.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Major: Business Administration, Economics, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical or related fields.
4. Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare/biomedical/medical equipment and consumables business.
  • At least 2–3 years of direct experience working with public healthcare access channels (state health agencies, public healthcare facilities, state bidding programs).
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have led healthcare sales teams or have experience introducing new products into the public healthcare system.
  • Having an existing network of relationships with healthcare facility leaders, industry KOLs, and representatives of health management agencies is a significant advantage.
5. Language: Good communication and working proficiency in English.
6. Computer skills: Proficient in Office; CRM/ERP is an advantage, applying AI in work.
7. Skills: Planning, negotiation, project management, market analysis, team leadership.
8. Qualities: Strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, high-level relationship building, good KPI pressure management, high ethical standards in healthcare business.

1. Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday: from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM)
2. Annual leave entitlement according to the provisions of the Labor Law.
