MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Customer Development Strategy & Projects:
- Proactively seek, approach, and establish relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Project Managers) at target corporations and partner companies.
- Analyze customer needs to propose product improvements and help customers achieve cost-saving, high-efficiency solutions.
- Directly lead and manage the bidding process from preparing capability documents to contract negotiations.
B. Consulting and Solution Demos:
- Coordinate with the Technical and Sales Ops teams to organize demo sessions and implement pilot projects (PoC) at customer sites.
- Transform complex customer requirements into technical problems for the R&D/Technical team to customize solutions accordingly.
- Ensure customers clearly understand the ROI (return on investment) value when transitioning from traditional methods to UAV technology.
C. Relationship Management & Customer Care:
- Build detailed "Customer Maps" (Account Plans) for each key customer to maintain and expand sales (Up-sell/Cross-sell).
- Assist in resolving any issues that arise for customers during the use of equipment and services.
- Monitor and ensure payment progress and project acceptance according to the stages of the contract.
- Conduct market research, gather data, and assess technology trends of competitors and opportunities in the UAV/Drone & high-tech field.
D. Coordination & Reporting:
- Update market information, government policies on UAV management, and competitor activities in the Enterprise segment.
- Regularly report the health status of "Key Accounts" and forecast cash flow from major projects to the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering fields (Electronics, Aviation, Telecommunications).
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a KAM or B2B project manager for large corporate/state clients.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of IT or system integration.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following industries: Industrial machinery, Surveying equipment, Telecommunications, High technology, or Digital transformation solutions.
- Ability to persuade business leaders and handle complex procurement processes of the corporation.
- Solution Selling mindset: Not just selling individual products but selling a solution ecosystem.
- Project management skills and coordination of multiple stakeholders (Customer - Technical - Sales Ops - Logistics).
- Fluent in English (able to work with international partners and read UAV technical documents).
- Willing to travel to provinces/field to maintain relationships with clients.
