MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and ensure the stable operation of Server, Network, and Storage systems.
  • Administer and operate Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Server) and basic Linux Server.
  • Monitor virtualization systems using VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V.
  • Perform regular backup/restore using solutions like Veeam.
  • Configure and support the operation of network devices (Switch, Router, Firewall) from Cisco, Fortinet, or equivalent.
  • Monitor the system through Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus…).
  • Receive and handle Level 1/Level 2 system incidents; coordinate escalation when necessary.
  • Participate in the deployment of new systems, upgrade infrastructure as planned.
  • Update technical documentation, SOPs, and operational checklists.
  • Assist in security checks, access control, and basic audits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduated from College/University with a major in IT, Computer Networks, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in system operations or as a System Admin/IT Support.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux.
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, basic Routing.
  • Experience working with virtualization environments.
  • Understanding of Incident/Change/Problem processes is an advantage.
  • Basic scripting ability (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, able to work outside of regular hours when needed.

Preferred
  • Has MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certification.
  • Has experience in an enterprise environment with 100+ users.
  • Has experience working in shifts or participating in on-call system support.
