MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain backend services based on API architecture
  • Analyze and implement business logic according to requirement documents
  • Design and optimize data structures, ensuring performance and integrity
  • Participate in integration with external systems via API
  • Collaborate with Frontend, BA, and QA during the development and deployment process
  • Participate in bug fixing, performance optimization, and system quality improvement
  • Ensure code is clear, maintainable, and adheres to project coding standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of backend development experience
  • Preference for candidates who have participated in the development of enterprise business systems (CRM, E-commerce, ERP, SaaS)
Professional Skills

  • Proficient in at least one backend programming language (NodeJS / Python / Java / PHP or equivalent)
  • Understand and effectively build RESTful APIs
  • Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL or equivalent)
  • Solid understanding of concepts: authentication, authorization, transaction handling
  • Experience integrating systems via API/Webhook
System Knowledge

  • Understand client-server architecture and multi-tier application models
  • Basic knowledge of caching, queue, background processing (usage level)
  • Understand data lifecycle and processing flow in business systems
Skills

  • Read and understand requirement documents and work directly with BA/PM
  • Work independently at the module level, proactively address technical issues
  • Good logical thinking, debugging, and error analysis skills
  • Write clean, structured, and easily extensible code
