MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop international fundraising strategies (syndicated loans, international bonds, structured finance…)
· Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with investment banks, funds, and international financial institutions
· Lead negotiations for large-scale international financing transactions
· Approve and guide the financial structure for international loans/issuances
· Oversee the entire fundraising process: from preparing documentation, due diligence, negotiations to disbursement
· Manage financial risks related to exchange rates, interest rates, and international terms
· Coordinate with internal departments (investment, legal, accounting…) in transaction execution
· Advise the leadership on international financial strategies and global capital market trends
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, International Economics, or related fields
· At least 8–12 years of experience in capital financing, investment banking, or international finance
· Practical experience in international loan transactions, syndicated loans, or bond issuance
· Understanding of international capital markets, financial structures, and international practices
· Leadership, negotiation, and senior partner management skills
· Fluent in English (mandatory), with the ability to work directly with foreign partners.
