MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management & Development of LinkedIn Employer Branding Channel
    • Build and implement a monthly/quarterly LinkedIn content plan (job postings, company culture, career tips, employee stories…).
    • Manage the fan page/LinkedIn Company Page: post articles, interact, respond to comments/inbox related to recruitment.
    • Ensure that the images and messages are consistent with the EVP & company culture.
    • Ability to handle communication crises.
    • Content Production & Management
  • Write content for Employer Branding posts:
    • Share the work environment, people, culture
    • Employee stories, onboarding, career development
    • Career tips, labor market knowledge
    • Coordinate with design (or agency) to produce images, short videos, infographics.
    • Define the tone & style of content suitable for the target candidate audience.
  • Recruitment Coordination
    • Communicate key recruitment positions
    • Build content to support the candidate pipeline (pre-hire experience).
    • Support the dissemination of job postings through the internal HR network (employee advocacy).
  • Measure & Optimize Effectiveness
    • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, job posting CTR.
    • Evaluate content effectiveness & propose improvements to the Employer Branding strategy.
    • Prepare periodic reports for management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Available to start work soon
  • Graduated in fields: Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related.
  • Experience in Employer Branding/HR Marketing/LinkedIn Content
  • At least 3 years in a similar position.
  • Understanding of candidate behavior & recruitment trends on LinkedIn.
  • Good writing skills, logical, and inspiring.
  • Planning & content management skills.
  • Basic media data analysis skills.
  • Proactive, creative, and sensitive to labor market trends.
